Yes, NG1 City Cleaners is open for business. We will continue to provide our cleaning services throughout the national lockdown, which came into force on 5th January 2021. The government guidance states that cleaners can continue to provide their services, providing they follow the guidance on working safely in other people's homes.

What we are doing to keep our cleaners & customers safe

Our cleaners will continue to operate safely in your homes and businesses by wearing the appropriate PPE, maintaining a safe distance from customers indoors and cleaning and sanitising equipment between jobs. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We keep in close contact with our cleaners and ask that they inform us if they, or anyone in their household, has symptoms of COVID-19.

How you can help

We kindly ask that if you, or anyone in your household, has symptoms of COVID-19, to let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange your clean for a later date, when it is safe for our cleaners to visit you.

As a reminder, the most common symptoms of COVID-19 are:

• A new, continuous cough
• A high temperature
• A loss of, or change in, your sense of smell or taste

If you display symptoms of COVID-19 you must stay at home and arrange to have a test as soon as possible. Further guidance can be found on the gov.uk website.
